You can receive the certificate via e-mail as a pdf file, which you can print from your computer, or we can send it by mail to you or the designated recipient with a copy of our catalog (it is not necessary to have a physical certificate to use the gift code, however). Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied to multiple orders, nor can multiple certificates be applied to the same order. Gift certificates do not expire, but it is strongly recommended that they be used within 90 days (if lost, they cannot be reissued).
