Pinback button promoting Franklin Roosevelt for president, F. Clair Ross for state treasurer, and Warren Roberts for state auditor general, Pennsylvania, 1936. Litho. Green Duck Co., Chicago. We found these coattails to be particularly tricky to identify. Generally, we would expect a governor-senator, or senator-representative combo, but we could find no other Ross-Roberts pair running in a year in which FDR also ran. That said, we have found nothing to corroborate, so you should consider our ID tentative.
