With the federal government growing in size year-by-year, it didn't matter who got in; in either case, the taxpayer picked up the bill. This unusual pinback recently surfaced at an APIC meeting in Arizona, brought in by a gentleman whose grandfather, a dentist in Desert Hot Springs, California, distributed them in 1960. Only a few hundred were issued.
