Campaign novelty, a Franklin Roosevelt "head nodder" that pokes fun at FDR's refusal to confirm or deny whether he would run for a third term, c. 1940. Composite/celluloid.

Formed in the shape of Roosevelt's head; the legend, GOING TO RUN 3RD TERM - JUST TAP MY CHIN, in raised letter on the back. The back is curved in shape, so that when it is resting on a flat surface, it will rock up and down (nod) if the chin is tapped.
