Posters (set of two) promoting Franklin Roosevelt for president and Henry Wallace for vice president, 1940.
Issued for Roosevelt's second reelection campaign, when he sought an unprecedented (and never to be repeated) third term in office. His running mate was Secretary of Agriculture Henry Wallace, one of the key architects of the New Deal. They would be inaugurated on the eve of America's entry into World War II.
