Size given refers to certificate; pinback measures 5/8 in. Circulated during Congressional midterm elections, during the presidency of Roosevelt.
We have handled the pinback a few times, but we did not know how they were distibuted until this surfaced. Apparently, the pinback was given to each $1 donor, which during the Great Depression was no trifling amount!
