Troubleshooting

Problem: Login page won't accept my ID/password.

SOLUTION: Both your login ID and password are case sensitive and must be entered exactly, with no spaces or special characters. If you cannot remember your ID or password, or the system will not allow you to access your account, request that your login information be sent to the e-mail address that is registered with your account. If you do not receive a response within 10 minutes, contact Customer Support or call 1-800-675-5838.

Problem: I add item(s) to my shopping cart, but when I check out the cart is empty.

SOLUTION: If you are unable to save items in your shopping cart, it probably means that your browser is not enabled to accept cookies. Cookies are small text files used to collect information about online activity, and must be enabled for our shopping cart to work.

How to enable cookies

Microsoft Internet Explorer
Go to: Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Web Sites > Edit. Enter http://www.LegacyAmericana.com/ as a site authorized to use cookies.

Netscape Navigator
Go to: Edit > Preferences > Privacy & Security > Cookies > Cookie Manager. Enter http://www.LegacyAmericana.com/ as a site authorized to use cookies.

AOL
1. On the AOL toolbar, click Settings.
2. Under Customize AOL, select View All.
3. Scroll down to the How AOL Works section and select Internet (Web) Options. The AOL Browser Settings window opens.
4. Under Related Settings, select the Internet Explorer settings hyperlink.
5. Click the Privacy tab, and then click Advanced.
6. Click Override default settings, and then specify that you want Internet Explorer to always allow cookies to be saved on your computer (click Accept).

Mozilla FireFox
Go to: Tools > Options > General > Privacy > Cookies. Make sure "Allow sites to set cookies" is checked.
Opera
Go to: File > Preferences > Privacy. Make sure "Enable cookies" is checked.

Problem: I add item(s) to my shopping cart, but when I check out item(s) are no longer available for purchase.

SOLUTION: Placing items in the shopping cart does not mean they have been reserved for you--they may go out of stock at any time, without notice, until you compete your order. To ensure availability of items you intend to purchase, complete the order process as quickly as possible. If an item you want has gone out of stock, add it to your Wish List and you will be informed should it return to our inventory.
