Photographic tobacco card satirizing the presidential contest between incumbent Democrat Grover Cleveland and Republican challenger Benjamin Harrison, 1888. Issued by W. Duke & Sons, New York, to advertise Honest Long Cut Chewing and Smoking tobacco. Cleveland and Harrison are depicted as baseball players, with Cleveland tagging Harrison out. Considered the most desirable in the N154 Presidential Baseball Club series. As with most examples, the bottom advertising portion is trimmed, but otherwise a superior example.
