Published by Hopscraft & Co., New York. Left frame depicts a family in poverty, "effects of a Tariff...as laid down by the Democratic Platform," with the caption, "If you are satisfied with this picture vote for Cleveland and Hendricks." A rare poster we have not seen previously, and found having sold only once at auction, an example with overprinting for an Ohio Congressional candidate, in Part IV of the Frent Collection sale (Heritage Auctions, Lot 43238, $475).
