Predicts McClellan's 1864 election loss and features an absurd caricature of the Democratic candidate. Text to left of caricature reads: "Little 'Mac' As he appeared in his Parlor on the morning after the Election, waiting to be informed of the result, by the friends of FREE SPEECH, FREE PRESS, OR FREE FIGHT, Vallandigham & Co." Text at right reads: "Little 'Mac' Is Informed That 'Honest Abe' can furnish him with another gunboat, & give him command of the 'SALINE DEPARTMENT' for the next four years, where, with his Copperhead Brigade, he can exercise his military genius in capturing QUAKER GUNS, and deserted YORKTOWNS."
