Three pin holes near "Roosevelt" and splits in fabric through "Committee" stabilized with archival tape verso. Roosevelt spoke to 2500 women gathered at the American Theatre in Spokane and urged them to use their suffrage, stating "It is not only your right but your duty to exercise it. You are false to your duty as citizens and women if you fail to register and vote." Rare.
